Status: Completed 2002

Summary: The project, completed in 3 phases, included the renovation of 5 penthouse level maids quarters into one single family residence with a wraparound terrace and panoramic views of the New York City skyline. The last phase included the addition of new one story bedroom and den on the existing roof.
